Skipper is a 5-year old Lab/Great Pyrenees mix who was rescued from a Contra Costa
CA shelter when he was 13 months. You could say he is now living the “good life”
with a family that loves him dearly. Skipper insists on being the center of attention
and is quite social. Weighing in at 90 lbs., he greets people by leaping off the
ground to shoulder height, dancing with exuberance, or standing on his hind legs
for a face-to-face embrace.
When he is not socializing, he enjoys dissecting squeaky things from the insides
of toys, chasing deer and cats, and going on trips to Point Isabel for long walks,
ball fetching, and repeated dips in the water.
Skipper is extremely loyal, and I’m sure very grateful to have found such a perfect
forever family.
