Joey, a ten year old Australian Shepard Mix, presents our 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon,
a blend from four prominent Napa Valley vineyards, highlighting the qualities and
characteristics that makes Napa Valley the best place in the world for Cabernet.
Our 2005 Cabernet exhibits dense ruby/purple color and a rich and intense style.
Aromas of red and black currant and scents of creamy vanilla are framed by French
Oak. Flavors of blackblerries, spice, earthiness and smoky oak are weaved together.
Supple tannins and toasty oak mid palate add depth and elegance. Cellar for up to
a decade, or enjoy now with some aeration.
